I encounter these kids congregating on weekends, usually in the summer months, to dance together.
It appears very informal. Someone with a sound system plays music and it seems, a random group of youngsters congregate. The thing is it’s choreographed: they all know the dance moves.
It seems to me to be really impromptu and organic. Conversely, coordinated.
