Theft of company time is apparently a no no but wage theft can be ok in some company views but we recognize good faith is required and a relationship based on trust,a little bit of a illusion on the latter point.
I take the view that while it is a relationship that ought to be conducted in good faith and in a spirit of compromise, it is an inherently unequal. Employer abuses such as this one should be harshly punished in light of that I reckon.
